Glass paint is a material that can be glazed in a kiln. It is used to decorate or detail pieces of glass intended to be used in the composition of a stained glass window.
Why use glass painting?
To achieve details that are difficult to express with lead. To paint models or modify a color. To obtain several colors on the same piece of glass.
Internship Program:
Accueil.
Introduction théorique et pratique.
Connaissance des matériaux.
Grisaille.
Jaune d’argent.
Email.
Application et cuisson de la peinture sur verre.
Réalisation de composition simple.
Sécurité.
Conclusion de stage.
Master of training : Guy Cristina - professor at the Swiss School of Stained Glass.
Skills/pre-requisites: basic knowledge of stained glass, glass cutting.
Personal equipment: basic tools for stained glass and DIY. Apron.

Schedule: from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 4:30pm.
Price : Fr. 960 per week (10% discount for members of the Association of the School of Stained Glass) - including supplies and tools on loan.
